If you come from north you should lead out of A1 when you reach the “Valdichiana Bettolle” road, and then follow the road signs for Perugia.
Once you passed Perugia you should take the SS 75 to Assisi-Foligno and get out when you read “Spello”

If you come from south you should get out from A1 when you reach “Orte” and then follow the road signs for Terni-Spoleto-Foligno.
When you arrive to Foligno take the SS 75 road to Assisi-Perugia, get out when you read “Spello”

1)If you come from north (Perugia-Assisi) at the end of the exit ramp turn right to Limiti-Acquatino in the direction of the same flyover;
If you come from south (Spoleto-Foligno) at the end of the exit ramp turn right to Acquatino-Foligno,pass under the highway and go in the direction of the flyover that goes beyond the railway tracks;

2)after about 200 meters, coming down the flyover,turn left to Limiti-Cannara ;

3)drive for other 300 meters and you reach a STOP sign ; here turn left to Limiti-Cannara taking the SP 410;

4)going along until the 6 Km mark of SP 410 road,turn right into Via Santa Marinella (the street is just a few meters after a big dark red house that you can see on your right side);
after 1 Km (about) you meet a small chapel; pass along right for 200 meters and reach the cottage on the left side.
