The “Santa
Marinella“ cottage offers two flats called “Tiglio” and “Olmo”. The surface of “Tiglio” is 70 mq, divided in two floors.
At the ground floor there are: a living room, a small kitchen, a
bathroom with a shower and a closet.
At the first floor there are: a double room, a triple room and a
bathroom with a bathtub.
Using the sofa bed, that you find in the living room, “Tiglio” may
accomodate even 7 guests.

There is no kitchen inside.

“Olmo” has parquet floor everywhere.
“Olmo” can accomodate up to 5 guests.
